We don’t just coach leaders.

We engineer the elite.

Elite leadership lies in the pursuit of mastery of performance and presence.

In the west, leadership is driven by precision, performance and progress. In the east, it’s grounded in balance, intuition and intentionality.

One builds speed.

The other builds stillness.

Both are essential.

This is where my work lives and so do I. Splitting my time between London and Bangkok I live in the beauty of this duality.

Elite leaders embrace both; insight and intuition,

And the underlying principle is that of the pursuit of mastery. Mastery of self and mastery of craft.

82% of people become managers without any formal training (CMI 2024 report). We exist to change that.

BEYOND COACHING

Welcome to the rise of leadership architecture.

Beyond coaching - welcome to the rise of leadership architecture.

I’ve spent the last few years in the coaching space, but the longer I stayed there, the more I realised something wasn’t right. Coaching had become noisy.

Everyone was “empowering”, “transforming”, “unlocking potential.” It sounded beautiful, but the results didn’t match the words. I’d meet incredible people who’d been coached for months, sometimes years but still felt stuck.

Still leading reactively. Still unsure who they are. Still lacking something.

Coaching helps you understand yourself. But understanding alone doesn’t build empires.

That's when I realised we need to go beyond coaching and start engineering.

"Elite leadership isn’t taught. It’s intentionally designed."

Tessa Grint, Founder - Leadership By Design

We don’t just coach leaders. We engineer the elite.

Coaching helps people understand themselves. Consulting solves problems.

Both are short-term solutions to long-term issues.

Leadership Architecture designs the system leaders operate within.

The next era of leadership isn’t built on personality, tenure or luck, it’s built on systems, precision and presence.

We don’t rise to our willpower. We fall to our systems.

This is Leadership By Design.

We don’t just

coach leaders.

We engineer

the elite.

Leadership Architecture isn’t about theory. It’s about building leaders who are both calm and commanding. Who understand that mastery is art.

That beyond confidence isn’t arrogance but a quiet certainty that whispers. That the best leaders operate with insight and intuition, balance and grace - no matter the chaos around them.

This isn’t another leadership model.

It’s a new era.

Because the world doesn’t need more coaches.

It needs architects of excellence.

With nearly 20 years' experience across Marketing and Leadership Development, Tessa is redefining how leaders are built through her philosophy, Leadership by Design.

Splitting her time between London and Bangkok, Tessa lives in the beauty of duality - blending the best of ancient eastern wisdom and presence with modern western excellence and performance to design the next generation of elite leaders; those who operate with mastery, intuition and quiet certainty.

Leadership By design, draws from both worlds combining engineering discipline with soulful artistry to create leadership that’s the product of architecture: systems, rituals and psychology, engineered with intention.

That’s what Tessa builds: blueprints for leadership that are as deliberate as they are dynamic. Because leadership at this level doesn’t happen by chance or by tenure, it’s intentionally engineered.

Trusted by leaders in real estate, finance and tech sectors including Private Wealth Funds, Private Equity, Anthropic, NatWest, Mettle, Brand Atlas and Savills.
